Originally built by a banker for bankers, Leverage provides insight into the finance ability of an investment property or business from the lender's perspective by running potential transactions against today's common commercial bank guidelines.

Leverage from its original form has been in the industry for nearly twenty-five years. Here is a glimpse of where we've been and where we are now!

1990s

The original program, CLS, is created and overtime used in private practices to vet and screen over four billion dollars of commercial real estate and business financings.

2016

The program transformation begins. The original version of CLS enters into the development process to be transformed into a cloud-based, secure software.

2017

The company adds team members that are experienced in programming, financing, marketing, and customer experience to create and update the software to what you see today.

2020

Leverage affiliates with BankerShare Solutions Group, LLC. In addition, a platform enhancement is released. The enhancement is a secure cloud based portal known as Leverage Connect.
